I am sooo excited to be deepening my yoga journey and knowledge! Yoga has been a big part of my healing process and has often been the only prolonged movement my crohns has allowed. I want to be able to share this with others but haven’t been able to speak from a well yogi educated perspective... until now!! On Sunday I start my 200hr yoga teacher training with at 🙌🏼
It’s a month insensitive so I don’t know how present on insta I’ll be, but I’ll share what I can 🧘🏻‍♀️
