There’s still time to register for our Zoom session on HEALTHY EATING ON A BUDGET taking place TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY, July 8th) from 2:00 to 3:30 pm.

Cassandra Belliveau, Food Skills Coordinator with Le Dépôt / The Depot Community Food Centre, is presenting information about how to eat well economically, especially for people living alone or with one other person.

She’ll invite attendees to share their tips for shopping and meal preparation.

Registration closes on Sunday, July 5 for our History We Call Home DIGITAL COLLAGE ART PROJECT…and there are a few places left!

Why take part?

-- Make collage art using digital media to convey your Montreal stories.

-- Improve your computer skills.

-- Have fun!

From mid-July until next March, there’ll be 8 workshops at the Atwater Library for hands-on learning and creativity with optional online help in between. Plus, a field trip to Concordia University’s engAGE media lab.

Partner groups include New Hope Senior Citizens' Centre and Gay and Grey Montreal.

The project will culminate next spring with publication of a digital book of collage art and a celebratory showcase event at the Atwater Library!

It’s FREE thanks to funding from the Government of Canada through Canadian Heritage.
