The median price for all property types in the Niagara region has been increasing over the last year.This has increased by almost $200,000 since Jan 2021.Obviously,we have been in a seller’s market.
With the announcement of an increase in interest rate by the Bank of Canada today,time will tell if median prices keeps the trend or not.
