The downward trend in average sale price of homes in Niagara region continued through May 2022 from a peak of approximately 820k in February to 750k in May 2022.A couple of factors may be responsible for this downward trend.Changes in Bank of Canada interest rate affecting lending rate and housing stock supply and demand.
