We raised the net… to lower the ball flight.

By stringing a banner 18 inches above the net, players instantly learned how to stop popping the ball up and start hitting lower, smarter shots — improving drops, d***s, and resets.

This simple visual constraint helps players:

✔ keep the ball un-attackable

✔ develop softer touch

✔ make better decisions under pressure
