This young woman came to see us after experiencing a return of an open bite and shifting of teeth following orthodontic and jaw surgery treatment. Unfortunately this relapse occurred due to incorrect oral posture, mouth breathing and poor swallowing habits that were not corrected prior to her previous orthodontic treatment.

She was planning to begin another round of braces and was motivated to prevent future relapse.

After correcting her mouth breathing habit, achieving proper oral rest posture and correcting her tongue thrust, she had noticeable physical changes, along with many other benefits too!!
