Today the scholarship committee met for 3 hours to narrow down our choices to the top 6 applications. 212 applications, 811 pages, + weeks of reading, we’ve come to a unanimous decision 🙌🏼

This committee is incredible yall. Izabel, Naime + Serena care just as deeply as I do about this scholarship. They do this for *free* and it is truly a labour of love 💘 most of our discussion throughout this process is how to ensure we’re reviewing applications through an equitable + feminist lens. It’s magic ✨
