They tell you that the house is open concept, with 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a double car garage. Oh, and there are wood floors… no kidding. They didn’t mention that the roof is ancient, the drainage is faulty and the toilet overflowed once while they were on vacation and leaked all the way down from the top floor to the basement.
