Lace up for a special edition of our Thursday night run! 🗓️ On May 21st, we are celebrating your recent achievements from the past few months. Whether you crushed a local 5km or finished your first marathon, it is time to let that hardware shine.

This night is a strictly social hang to toast your hard work. You do not even have to run to join the party! All locals wanting to show off their hard-earned medals are welcome.

🕒 THE SCHEDULE
- 6:00pm: Fun Run Group departs from the store
- 6:30pm: Beginners Group departs from the store
- Post-Run: Finish at the store, then head straight over to Kentucky Bourbon & BBQ at your own pace
- 7:00pm - 8:30pm: Social hangout party

Come for the run, stay for the medals. We cannot wait to see what you accomplished this winter and spring! 🙌

Weekend Highlights:
● Huge congrats to Sevanne Ghazarian! A stellar pro debut for Runners' Choice Waterloo x PRAISE, running 16:04 to snag 3rd overall at Run Ottawa's Run to Empower: Ottawa's Fastest Women 5k! 🥉
● Marathon Team member Giles Malet took on the grueling 100km at East Devon Round in SW England, finishing a massive 7th overall! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
● Marathon Team leader Michele Craddock just banked marathon # 55 at Georgina Spring Fling, locking in yet another BQ! 🦄
● PBs were falling everywhere, including an unreal 1 hour and 7-minute personal best in the Marathon at Georgina Spring Fling from River Rats x Marathon Team member, Francois Bilodeau! 🤯

Whether it was your first half (Danielle Foster) or your 55th full (Michele Craddock), we are so proud of our community! From BMO Vancouver Marathon to Toronto Marathon, and Georgina Spring Fling, you all crushed it! 💙
