Circassian Repatriation Organization - CRO

What happened 162 years ago marked the end of a war that lasted for 101 years, during which the Circassians resisted bravely in defense of their homeland and existence, until their resistance was exhausted and the war was lost.

In its aftermath, our people were subjected to genocide, occupation, and forced displacement, marking the beginning of one of the cruelest tragedies in the history of our nation. The survivors were forced into exile across distant lands, while our people continued to lose many of their sons and daughters throughout the years of diaspora and displacement.

Today, 162 years later, Circassians remain scattered across more than fifty countries, facing ongoing challenges in a troubled world. Yet they continue to hold firmly to their identity, language, culture, and historical rights.

On this painful anniversary, we renew our pledge to the souls of our heroic ancestors that we will not lose hope, nor abandon the rights of the Circassian nation and its right to preserve its existence, identity, and historical memory.
ما حدث قبل 162 سنة كان نهاية حربٍ استمرت 101 عام، قاوم فيها الشراكسة ببسالة دفاعًا عن وطنهم ووجودهم، حتى أُنهكت مقاومتهم وخسروا الحرب.

وفي أعقابها، تعرّض شعبنا للإبادة والاحتلال والتهجير القسري، لتبدأ واحدة من أكثر المآسي قسوةً في تاريخ أمتنا، حيث فُرض على الناجين الرحيل إلى أصقاعٍ مختلفة، وخسر شعبنا خلالها المزيد من أبنائه في المنافي والشتات.

واليوم، وبعد مرور 162 عامًا، ما زال الشراكسة مشتتين في أكثر من خمسين دولة، يواجهون تحديات مستمرة في عالمٍ مضطرب، لكنهم ما زالوا متمسكين بهويتهم ولغتهم وثقافتهم وحقوقهم التاريخية.

وفي هذه الذكرى الأليمة، نجدد العهد لأرواح أجدادنا الأبطال بأننا لن نفقد الأمل، ولن نتخلى عن حقوق أمتنا الشركسية، وعن حقها في الحفاظ على وجودها وهويتها وذاكرتها التاريخية.

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

ببالغ الحزن والأسى، وبقلوب مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره، تنعى المنظمة الشركسية للعودة وفاة الناشطة الشركسية سيلفانا إسلام تسي، التي رحلت عن عالمنا بعد مسيرةٍ مشرّفة من العطاء والعمل الإنساني الصادق.

لقد كانت الراحلة سيلفانا وجهاً مشرقاً من وجوه العمل الإنساني والإغاثي والإعلامي، وكرّست جهدها ووقتها للوقوف إلى جانب المحتاجين، ومساندة العائلات المتضررة، ونقل معاناة أهالي المخيمات في أصعب الظروف.

لم يكن عملها مجرد نشاط عابر، بل كان رسالة حملتها بإخلاص ومسؤولية. فقد سخّرت صوتها وطاقتها لخدمة الآخرين، وسعت إلى إيصال وجع الناس واحتياجاتهم، والدفاع عن كرامتهم، والتذكير بمعاناتهم عندما كان كثيرون يغفلون عنها.

لقد قدّمت سيلفانا الكثير من وقتها وراحتها وصحتها في سبيل خدمة من هم بأمسّ الحاجة إلى الدعم. ورغم ما واجهته من معاناة صحية قاسية، بقيت ثابتة وصابرة، تؤمن بأن العطاء لا يتوقف، وأن خدمة الإنسان واجب نبيل لا تحدّه الظروف.

كانت مثالاً للصبر والقوة والإرادة، ومثالاً للمرأة الشركسية التي حملت همّ شعبها وقضاياه الإنسانية بصدق ومحبة. وقد تركت أثراً طيباً في قلوب كثيرين ممن عرفوها أو تابعوا أعمالها، وذكراً حسناً سيبقى شاهداً على إخلاصها وتضحياتها.

إننا في المنظمة الشركسية للعودة نتقدّم بأحرّ التعازي القلبية إلى عائلتها الكريمة، وأقاربها، وأحبائها، وكل من عرفها وتأثر بإنسانيتها وعطائها.

كما نعبّر عن فخرنا واعتزازنا بإحدى بنات شعبنا الشركسي، التي جسّدت في حياتها معنى الانتماء، والتضحية، والوفاء للقضايا الإنسانية، وتركت لنا إرثاً من المحبة والعمل الصادق.

رحم الله سيلفانا رحمةً واسعة، وأسكنها فسيح جناته، وجزاها خير الجزاء عمّا قدّمته من عملٍ إنساني نبيل، وألهم أهلها ومحبيها الصبر والسلوان.

‏The Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) extends its sincere condolences and sympathies to Faruk Arslandok, President of the Turkish Democratic Party, and Emine Arslandok Sezgin, on the passing of their beloved mother, Mrs. Nermiye Arslandok.

We pray that Almighty God grants her His mercy, admits her into Paradise, and gives her family and loved ones patience and comfort.

Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) – 2026 Small Business Support Program (CRO-SBSP 2026)

The Circassian Repatriation Organization (CRO) is pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 Small Business Support Program (SBSP).

Now in its seventh year, this program is designed to support Circassians living in one of the Circassians Republics in the North Caucasus who aspire to start a new business or expand an existing one. The SBSP provides financial assistance and guidance to help Circassian entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and contribute to the local economy.

Eligibility and Application Process

The SBSP is open to all Circassians residing in the North Caucasus who plan to establish or expand a business in the region.

CRO Loan Policy

The CRO has adopted a non-profit loan system rather than direct charity grants, as traditionally practiced by Circassian diaspora organizations. This approach is based on the following principles:
It provides borrowers with a sense of stability and financial responsibility, encouraging them to manage their obligations effectively.

It enables the organization to establish a sustainable funding model, ensuring continuous support for future repatriates.
These small businesses contribute to the local economy, allowing returnees to become self-sufficient rather than dependent on external assistance.

Loan Terms and Conditions

- The applicant must be Circassian or have at least one Circassian parent.
- The applicant must be a resident of one of the Circassian republics.
- The proposed business must demonstrate economic feasibility, as per the financial assessment criteria set by the organization.
- The loan amount will cover up to 50% of the total project cost.

Required Documents and Procedures

- Complete the application form available on the CRO website.
- Submit a detailed business feasibility study, following the official template provided by the organization.
- Sign the loan agreement with a CRO representative, using the official contract template.
- Acknowledge receipt of the loan amount by signing the payment receipt form.

In the end, we believe that this relation between the organization, returner and home achieve the interests of the three parties , and the Organization will be able in the future to help hundreds to return to their homeland , and we ask all the members , associations and organizations to continue their supporting for the CRO in order to achieve its goals for it is already an organization for all the Circassians round the world
