At PCL, Pride month is an opportunity for us to reflect on our vision that every person lives with dignity as a valued member of the community. We recognize that people supported by PCL, employees and family members may identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ and we are committed to fostering inclusion, belonging and equity for all.

As we celebrate Pride, we reaffirm our belief in treating every person with respect, honouring individual identities, and building communities where everyone can participate fully, safely, and with Pride every day of the year.
