Every one of us has trauma in our lives. It may be a big "T" Trauma or a little "t" trauma but it's there all the same.
Our Centelral Nervous System doesn't scale our fear response. Only experience and exposure can do that.
Taking time for helps us review all of our exposures and interactions each week and look for experiences that reinforce that we are safe. This intentional practice is required to help de-program the beliefs that were planted by the traumatic experience.

Celebrating and reflecting on a great day with like minded friends.
It is not coincidental that we selected a location that permits a view from above the chaos. A symbolic reminder of the visionary paradigm needed to create change.
