Do you love theatre? Get involved this summer by volunteering with MT Space! We have a busy few months ahead of our upcoming presenting series this fall. Come hang out with us as we head to several major summer festivals promoting our amazing shows coming to town. Get your volunteer hours, meet new people in the community, and share your passion for theatre.

Join us in honouring their artistic journeys and the relationships they are growing together at the NYTP Spring Showcase this June! The show features a showcase presentation from students at Forest Heights Collegiate Institute. Don’t miss the Q&A talkback with the students and facilitators following the performance! Get ready for an unforgettable evening of storytelling and talent!

The Newcomer Youth Theatre Program (NYTP) is an after-school program facilitated by MT Space in partnership with for high school aged newcomers in Waterloo Region. Oriented around MT Space’s improvised devised theatre-making process, the program invites students to express their lived experiences and build a connected story with their peers.

After an exhilarating World Theatre Day, we’re back for another edition of TELL! Join us for a chill relaxing evening as we gather for a community potluck. This is also the space to share with the wider community just about anything you feel like sharing.

Bring your talents, recipes, stories and calls to action to the community. Regardless of whether it's a finished work or a work-in-progress, this is your space to experiment and play. We love to see it.

*Please include an ingredients list if you decide to bring any dishes for the potluck
