Beach Day Survival Tips β˜€οΈπŸ–οΈπŸ§ 

Planning a beach day while recovering from a concussion or living with a TBI? A few simple adjustments can help make the day more comfortable and enjoyable.

β˜‚οΈ Find Shade
Bring an umbrella, tent, or seek shaded areas to give yourself a low-stimulation space when needed.

πŸ’§ Stay Hydrated
Pack plenty of water and consider electrolytes, especially on hot days.

πŸ•ΆοΈπŸŽ§ Bring Sunglasses & Earbuds
Help reduce sensory overload from bright sunlight, loud noises, and busy environments.

Remember: it’s okay to take breaks, leave early, or adjust your plans. Listening to your body is part of recovery. πŸ’™
