My client Liz comes for a refill once every 2.5-3 weeks! Here’s a checklist of a few things that I look for during a refill appointment:

✨Grown outs that need to be removed so that a new lash extension can be attached closer to the natural lash’s base

✨A clean eye area with no dirt | oil | makeup (especially on the lash line and bases of the natural lashes)

✨Lashes pointed in a direction that doesn’t follow the eye-shape pattern

✨Current mapping style enhanced and compliments the eye pattern

✨Areas that have less hair (because of natural fall out) — this lets me know to use wider fans to help cover any blank space while waiting for any baby lashes to grow longer!

Remember that clients who come back for refills are just as important as your new clients! You want to service everyone with the same level of effort.
