The recent Bank of Canada interest rate cuts are creating great opportunities for both homebuyers and renters. Homebuyers can secure more affordable mortgages, while renters may see more options and potentially lower rents as new properties are built. At Oak and Noble, we’re creating new, beautiful spaces for you to call home, whether buying or renting!

A beautiful home is just the beginning. Bring it to life this Spring with plants!
Here’s a plan for this month: Start with soil prep — it’s the foundation of your garden. In early spring (now), once the ground is workable (not too wet), mix in compost or well- potted manure to enrich your soil. Southern Ontario’s soil can vary, but adding organic matter improves drainage, boosts nutrients, and helps plants thrive — especially after a long, cold winter.
Bonus tip: Don’t rush to plant heat-loving veggies (like tomatoes or peppers) too early. Wait until after the last frost — typically around mid-May — to avoid damage
