Inner child work is a powerful journey toward healing and self-discovery. 💛 By connecting with the younger version of ourselves, we can begin to process unmet needs, heal old wounds, and nurture the child within. 🌱

Signs your inner child might need healing:
✨ Difficulty expressing emotions
✨ People-pleasing tendencies
✨ Fear of abandonment or rejection

💡 Start small:
1️⃣ Reflect on childhood memories—what brought you joy? What hurt you?
2️⃣ Write a letter to your younger self. What do they need to hear?
3️⃣ Practice self-compassion—speak to yourself as you would a child.
