When love and fear got mixed together early on, your nervous system learned that closeness might not be safe.

Disorganized attachment often feels like being pulled in two directions - craving connection but feeling overwhelmed when it gets too close. You might notice yourself pushing people away just as you start to care, or freezing when things feel too intense.

This isn’t because you’re “too much” or “not enough.”
It’s how your body learned to protect you.

Healing starts with safety, compassion, and connection - the very things that once felt dangerous. 💛

Trauma doesn’t just affect our minds—it shows up in our bodies too. From muscle tension to chronic pain, trauma can manifest in ways that often go unnoticed or are misunderstood. It’s important to recognize these signs and seek healing, whether through therapy, mindfulness, or other supportive practices. Your body holds your story—take the time to listen and care for it.

If you’ve noticed any of these symptoms, you’re not alone. Healing is possible. 🧡
