After a successful day of grading, our student left the gym feeling accomplished about themselves. As they should! We’re super proud of the effort you all put in. Your confidence and passion showed, and we hope that you keep pushing to perfect your technique. We’re just getting started!💪

To my fellow blue shorts: Blue looks good on us. Let’s keep it that way and continue being strong leaders. I’ll see y’all in sparring. 🫡

Today Waterloo Muay Thai had a really good session with Golden Era Legend Burklerk Pinsinchai in M-Town. Despite his age, Legend is in very good shape and his speedkicks are top notch. He showed the way and mentality to keep our bodies and minds strong and sharp. Thanks to Doctor Muay Thai and to our Kru Shannon for providing this opportunity!
