Lookin' sharp! 🤩

We had the pleasure of updating these kitchen cabinets for a lovely couple. We added a full height pantry, extended height cabinets with Shaker style doors and detailed crown moulding up to the ceiling. We tiled the white 4"x12" backsplash and installed new countertops. Plus we added a laundry tub and storage cabinet in the laundry closet.

This project is filled with lots of beautiful features including;
-a partially covered walkout patio with douglas fir timber frame post and beam and exposed rafters
-glass railings with privacy glass
-wood privacy fence on the patio
-brick veneer feature wall
-oak hardwood flooring
-porcelain tiled mudroom, stairs and main bathroom floor
-cultured marble bathtub surround
-arch top window in the new bedroom over the garage
-large picture window in the new family room looking into the backyard
-lots of extra living and storage space this family is thrilled to enjoy!

A big thank you to the home owners Toby and Kathleen for giving us the opportunity to build this 600+ sqft additon and trusting us with adding this new space to their home!

My first time using the cross spacers from
I was impressed, they worked great for this kitchen backsplash!

It has been a productive couple of weeks since my last update. We endured some intense heat and the occasional thunderstorm, but we prevailed! The roof is shingled and most of the interior framing on the 2nd floor is complete.

Next week the patio roof will be installed. The main floor interior walls will get framed up. The electricians won't be too far behind for their rough-in and the windows and doors will soon be installed. Things are really shaping up on this project! 😎
