Join Dr. Natalya from Khalili Second Nature this coming Tues., Jul. 7 to learn how to breathe through it so you can breeze through it. You'll be led through gentle stretches, breathing exercises and learn about traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) approaches to manage the stress in your life. Try something new as part of the 2026 TryDays initiative, bringing you FREE fitness, health and wellness sessions in Memorial Park every Tuesday evening starting at 6 PM.

We have incredible live music, ice-cold beverages, a bounty of delicious food options, carnival rides, games, and a marketplace full of products and services, and of course, Bucky the mascot 🐰will be there for a hug 🤗

Soak up the energy of Waterdown's largest community festival, brimming with local volunteers and over 50,000 attendees, from Thursday, June 25, to Sunday, JUNE 28.
