Edited to add: it took some digging but the original poster is @ehsun_anwar he had some amazing videos on mother and father wounds. This was specific to mother wounds, but wounding is not gender specific. And this is exactly how it happened…still working through your questions about intimacy. Gonna try and work through it tonight but might not have time before bed. Still purging clothes and there’s a huge pile on the bed calling. Got a back handed compliment from mother today. One that makes you feel worse than you did before. She told me my outfit looked nice because it hid my stomach. Sometimes my shorts cut me off weird and make me look bad apparently. And we wonder where my lack of self esteem comes from?
