GET TO KNOW ASHLEY 🤍

Ashley has been a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers since 2010. Her diverse career in the public service and non-profit organizations has included counselling, advocacy to individuals navigating systems and resources, providing forensic assessments and psychoeducation, and public speaking. Ashley is passionate about providing a safe and judgement-free atmosphere. As someone who has spent much of their career as a frontline health and crisis worker, Ashley is also viscerally aware of the impacts of burnout, moral injury and compassion fatigue on workers. She is offering services to adults as this time with focus areas such as:
•Trauma & PTSD
•Depression, anxiety and other mood disorders
•Substance use/addiction
•Chronic shame, anger & resentment
•Motivation, life transitions & Identity struggles
•Mindfulness & Self-Regulation Techniques
•Grief and loss

We’ve been sharing so many exciting things, with a few new faces in the mix.
And we can’t wait to continue to grow and find innovative ways to support our community. 🤍
Although our roles have changed too (Devan & Connor) we are still the same dedicated practitioners at our core.
