’Tis wreath season! So here I am sharing some whimsical new work crafted with our dried flowers.

We’ll be making festive evergreen wreaths tonight at Tri-County, and then hosting a wreath workshop at in Bellingham next Monday, December 8th. Spots are still available, so come make a winter wreath with us!

As for these dried floral creations, you can find them this Saturday, December 6th at the Winter Farmer’s Market hosted by our friends and again during the A-Wreath-of-Franklin pop-up market at on Saturday, December 13th. Thank you to for organizing and supporting so many local businesses.

So many things to look forward to this month! 🌲

Frost💀. Always sad to see the season come to such an abrupt end. I wish I had something more eloquent to say, perhaps about seasons and cycles and the beauty of nature’s fleeting tendencies, but it’s not coming to me this morning. I wish I had more time… but don’t we always wish for that?

While one immediate thought is, joy!, a break!, that’s not realistic at all… I’ll begin dismantling the gardens soon, will be digging/storing/dividing tubers, etc. There’s still wedding, classes, and the search for a winter job.

But first, going to gather myself and continue preparing for the Franklin Farmers Market— today at 2pm. We’ll have the last of our own fresh flowers for the year (well, we may still have heirloom Mums… if they survived under the frost cloth!). We’ll also have a variety of gorgeous dried bouquets, and more.

Despite the end coming sooner than I would have desired, it’s been a wonderful season. We are blessed to have fabulous customers, supportive florists, and countless champions. Thank you.
