Conflating "attacks" against courts with criticisms of soft-on-crime or setting-policy-from-the-bench-rather-than-the-legislature rulings will only further a deterioration of trust in the important role that our judicial system has in Canada. The judicial branch of government doesn't get a free pass on criticism.

These groups are right to be concerned.
