Scams remain as a huge problem in the shipping container industry and the island isn’t excluded. We’ve had three separate customers tell us about how they were scammed this week. One of them was scammed by a company pretending to be us.

Please, DO NOT SEND DEPOSITS BY E-TRANSFER for shipping containers no matter how professional their business may seem.

Outrightstorage.com is a fb marketplace based scam that just took $3k from a local and they unfortunately do a great job of giving the impression that that they are legit.

Aside from offering new containers for prices that are too good to be true, you’d never know. Meet your seller in person and use secure forms of payment. E-transfer is horrible for consumer protection.
