Upon checking into my room at today, I knew that this was indeed “my room”, for there on the wall shelf above the record player was ’ “The Wave, The Wake”, an album I played some guest guitar on 8 years ago! Nice to get to hear it on vinyl for the first time. If you don’t already know, Motel Chelsea is a stylish boutique motel/resto-bar/music venue 30ish minutes from Ottawa, and Tom and I are beyond pleased to be playing here the next 2 nights (tickets are still available for Wednesday April 22, but Thursday the 23rd is SOLD OUT). After Chelsea we’re off to the in Burnstown for a 3 night Friday to Sunday run of SOLD OUT shows, head home for a rest, then out west for some Acoustic Duo and Electric Trio shows in Alberta and BC.

Thanks to all the folks who’ve come out to see us the past few days in Belleville, Toronto, St Catherine’s, and Guelph: we’re having a blast singing and playing for you.
