It has been a very long time since I was here. On March 29th, 2021, I celebrated what the authorities called my 19th birthday. Apparently, they believe that 19 in pussycat years means 92 in human years. That's ridiculous! I overheard the female authority saying she's 68! How can she be younger than I am? Anyway, they put a stupid hat on my head (which I tore off at the first opportunity ... i.e. immediately!), decorated the house and set off sparklers.

Frankly, I just wanted to sleep through it all.

But then, they brought out the food, and I decided it was okay. They ate cake and gave me some Churus, which were quite delicious, along with a little catnip. All in all, a successful birthday for a handsome fellow such as myself. They adored me, which was quite correct and gave me a soft new bed and all the love and attention I so rightly deserve at all times.
