Customer had tenants moving in immediately. We were able to get in there and install a new surround, insulate, poly, drywall and paint it ready for the new tenant to shower.

When you are there to move a hot water tank for a remediation company and find a catastrophe waiting to happen. Good thing we were there before anyone else touched it. Pipe was so loose it fell out in my hand after it started leaking. Cleaned, Repaired and back to worry free.
