This is our take on Burgundy’s Passe-Tout-Grains, a red blend made from and grown in the Cowichan Valley, fermented with wild yeast and aged for 18 months in neutral oak barrels.

New release: 2020 Auxerrois

100% Auxerrois from Dragonfly Hill vineyard. This is one of the oldest plantings on the Saanich Peninsula, with 30+ year old vines.

A lesser known varietal, this cool climate Auxerrois reminds us of old world Sauvignon Blanc. 🌿
