Join the Intrepid Theatre Team: we're hiring for a year-round Box Office & Front of House Manager!

Are you passionate about working as a team on project management, arts administration, logistics and supporting a vibrant local theatre ecology? Intrepid Theatre is seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and tech-savvy Box Office & Front of House Manager for a permanent part-time* position beginning in summer 2026 onward.

Applications close June 9 and applicants will be considered on a rolling basis, so submit your application promptly to be considered ASAP!

*24 hours/week for 40 weeks (September to end of May), 30 hours/week for 12 weeks (June-August).
About the role:

The Box Office & Front of House Manager is responsible for building all ticketing information for festivals, shows, fundraisers and special events using the Red61 ticketing platform. They will manage Intrepid’s Front of House program, and work as primary Front of House staff at Intrepid Events.

✨ Mentor: Aria Okay is Victoria’s very own dancing diva, diabetic doll, and top-tier tr*******al. With more than a decade of dance experience under her belt, this bubbly barbie is ready to wiggle and giggle her way into your heart. Over the past three years, Aria has made a name for herself as the producer and host of Aftermarket, celebrating the Trans & Nonbinary community, and a monthly show called Aria’s Dollhouse. Serving Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve & Talent every time she hits the stage, she’ll have your jaw on the floor before you can say OKAY!
