The Social Transfer of pain - and pain relief - this research is very exciting to me. I've yet to have much scientific explanation for what is going on when I feel a resonance of pain, grief, emotion when I work with my client's bodies, or how it is that I might be helping to 'release' trasmute that pain. This research is starting to uncover neurological underpinnings to what might be going on here.
