Last week our team was excited to welcome Afsar (first photo) and Abhinav (second photo) to Canada from New Delhi and Chennai, India. They both joined us in 2021 and have become critical players on our iOS team.

This weekend is Fathers Day and we couldn't help but share this special moment between Jared (right), his little unicorn Sage and her board game consultant Shawn (left).

This Tuesday we were proud to watch Sam and co-panellists speak about the path to success for recent immigrants and how Victoria can become a more inclusive environment for employment, housing, and community.

The Greater Victoria Local Immigration Partnership challenged panellists to speak to the uncomfortable truth of inequality that can be the experience for many new Canadians and highlight what the path to success looks like.

Sam and Rohit came to Canada in 2013 and have truly represented the story of innovation and success that they now want to help others experience.

Diversity should not be seen as a target to reach. Every culture and identity on our team brings a perspective that has been integral to our growth and success.
