The Chairman of Temas Resources has been writing a monthly update to his shareholders for months, and in retrospect, they have been very prescient. I have included the January letter below and will continue to deliver them as they arrive : )

Happy New Year,
2024 is upon us and with the change in the calendar come lists of how we will change our health, our finances, our relationships … our lives. It is an interesting time of year and all too often those changes last just weeks or a month. That said, I am proud to tell you that our goals at Temas have not changed, and our ex*****on of those goals is on schedule.
At the end of 2023, we made a very positive change to our management team adding Tim Fernback as our CEO. Tim is the new face of Temas Resources, and a personable ‘get things done’ kind of guy who has crossed the finish line several times. Tim has a road map for Temas and will be guiding us toward a similar end. Our website is being revamped and some overdue changes will be live before month's end and we have been waiting for the updated PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment) on our La Bache, Titanium Vanadium property, which will be released to the market upon completion. We also have a more encompassing marketing program set to begin in the next few weeks which will bring more eyeballs to the Temas story, and will make you, our current shareholders look even smarter than you already are : ). In early February we will be attending the CEM in Whistler which is by all accounts one of the most concentrated and effective ways to gain exposure with an exclusive investor network. Expectations for Temas remain very high from the smallest to the largest investors, particularly because it is clear that we are just beginning.
