Each year, the goal is simple — create an environment where athletes are coached, challenged, and supported, because real development happens when all three are present.

Here’s what ATHLETES can expect:

• Individual feedback throughout the day
• Mentorship from experienced players and coaches
• A positive, focused environment that encourages growth

Whether an athlete is new to the game or building on experience, the camp is designed to meet them where they’re at and push them forward.

☀️ SUMMER IS OFFICIALLY HERE and there are less than 8 weeks until most fall training camps begin — are you prepared to be your best this season?

Whether you’re preparing for fall tackle football, flag football, tryouts, we have training options available for athletes of all positions and skill levels.

Our development pathways include:

• Private training
• Small group training (5–8 athletes)
• Positional skill development
• Intro to football development (under 1 year experience)
• Flag football-specific training
• The Fifth Quarter Football Academy (intake open until July 15th)

The Fifth Quarter Football Academy includes:
• Position-specific skill development (all positions)
• Speed + strength training integrated with football movement
• Film study and football IQ development
• Weight room training exposure and guidance
• Mentorship and athlete support

Our biggest and most anticipated camp of the year is back.

The Third Annual Rising Stars Camp brings together athletes from across Vancouver Island and throughout British Columbia for a full day of football development, competition, and learning.

Led by former university and professional players, athletes will receive high-level instruction in an environment that challenges and supports athletes of all experience levels.

Open to all positions. All skill levels welcome. See you August 9th for an unforgettable day of football development.
