Azucar Cakes

A cake is truly custom made when is original, made at the couple’s request but still having creative license to just bake yourself some piece of art. The bride sent me few inspirational pictures and I made sure to deliver something beautiful, tasteful and that will be remembered. I like how this cake tells the couple’s story. Their journey was memorable up to say they said “I do”. Wedding at the Oswego Hotel.

Such a grant cake!!! White chocolate - vanilla cake . Rich in egg yolks this cake is moist! It’s filled with some fruit and sealed with a bit of ganache, covered in Swiss merengue buttercream. A tall cake makes a great entrance. Traditionally bakery cakes are not tall and sometimes they just have the grocery store appeal. Buying from a pastry chef is another level. Sure! Sometimes a box isn’t tall enough… and that’s why we offer delivery.
