Those applying should be interested in maintaining lawns and gardens. You should be physically fit, enjoy hands on work and being outdoors in all kinds of weather. You should be able to perform repetitive tasks and have experience using lawn and gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, rakes, blowers, hedge trimmer and more. Must have experience running a crew, bonus if you have experience quoting properties.

We are a growing company looking for a corporate manager to join our team. This is a full-time
permanent position at our Victoria location.

The position:
You will be responsible for a managing employees schedules including yourself. You must make sure the work is completed in a safe, efficient and detailed manner.
You will be responsible for driving and working with your team and making sure other teams perform all maintenance duties (lawn mowing and trimming, hedge trimming, garden bed maintenance, leaf raking and blowing, dumping of debris, etc.).
You will be required to interview new individuals making sure they're the right fit for the job also in worse case releasing them as well.
Required:
*A minimum of 5 years in maintenance and recommended 3-5 years in management
*non-smoker
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Scheduling and time management skills
• *Organizing staff
* Self motivated and positive attitude
* A valid class 5 driver's licence (must provide drivers abstract)
* Confidence working with powered equipment and driving pick-up trucks with trailers
* Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
