☀️ Summer Closure Notice ☀️

As our horses enjoy their well-deserved summer break between camps, our team will also be taking some time to rest, deep clean the barn, and prepare for an exciting fall season.

VTRA will be closed from July 17 to August 10.

Please note that the Used Tack Store will also be closed during this time and will not be accepting sales or donations.

We wish everyone a wonderful summer and look forward to seeing you at camp or welcoming you back in September!

🐴🌟 Meet Pongo!

Pongo is a striking 17-year-old, 15.3-hand black-and-white leopard Appaloosa gelding who travelled all the way from eastern Alberta to join our herd. His Dalmatian-like spots reminded us of the famous pup from 101 Dalmatians, making “Pongo” the perfect name!

Before coming to us, he spent his days teaching kids’ riding lessons and leading overnight trail rides at a western barn. Pongo has the sweetest, most easygoing personality we’ve ever met - he stepped off the trailer, made friends immediately, and has been following everyone around like a big puppy ever since! Calm, kind, and incredibly lovable, Pongo has already stolen all of our hearts.
