We have paid work experience opportunities available for people receiving income or disability assistance! Join us as a Thrift Store Assistant, Out of School Leader Assistant, Food Security and Program Support or Custodian Assistant to gain valuable experience while supporting our community.

These positions are made possible through the United Way BC Work Experience Grant, funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Seedling distribution days are around the corner! 🌱 It's in our neighbourhood on Thursday, May 21 from 4–6pm at Burnside Gorge Community Centre (471 Cecelia Rd). Plus, grab compost, wood chips, and leaf mulch at Cecelia Ravine Park (465 Burnside Rd E).

Bring a bag, box, shovel, and containers. No registration needed — while supplies last!
