Our Chicken Saltimbocca is one of them—wrapped in prosciutto, cooked just right and served with all the good things that make a summer evening feel a little more special.

Add a glass of white wine, the warmth of the Fireside patio and a Victoria sunset… and you’re pretty much exactly where you’re supposed to be.
