Why do we focus on canning our beverages now?
•Aluminum cans are more likely to get recycled than glass and can be recycled an infinite amount of times.
•Glass recycling often breaks and contaminates other recyclable materials which make it difficult for recycling plants to seperate. In turn, they just throw it out and ends up in our landfill.
•The carbon footprint of shipping and delivering glass bottles is higher than canned drinks. Cans can be packed tigher and is naturally lighter than glass.
•Lastly, cans are more adventure friendly!
*Growlers are still available for subscriptions only. However, we currently are at capacity for subscriptions but will be posting more in the near future

What in the FTGFOP1 does that mean?!
One of the types of tea we use in our kombucha is a black tea from the town of Darjeeling, India. FTGFOP1 graded tea stands for Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe grade 1 which is the highest quality tea cultivated at the tea estate.
It is sweeter and less bitter compared to other black teas. The Badamtam Tea Estate teas that we use are all certified organic, fair trade and a part of the Rainforest Alliance and Ethical Tea Partnership.
🫖To brew this blend, tea connoisseurs recommend a water temperature ranging between 90 °C (194 °F) to 95 °C (203 °F) in a single infusion of 3 to 4 minutes

Our local strawberries are always the best! We use 2lbs of them in every 30L keg, which is why you can always taste the difference

It’s and we’re all about it. We put 6-8 lbs worth of BC apples in every 30L keg we brew.
But what about the pulp left over from juicing, you ask? Don't worry it doesn't go to waste! We dehydrate and reprocess it to be used in some of our Booch Bombs for a natural exfoliator
