We were proud to be overseeing this townhouse development in Parksville, designed with long-term durability in mind.
Our team engineered 23 retaining walls to support site stability and long-term performance.

Project Highlight:
Segmental retaining walls consist of dry-stacked units that are mechanically interlocked and can be constructed either as gravity walls or reinforced with geogrid to form Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining walls where higher seismic demands require a more robust design. These systems provide a flexible and efficient alternative to cast-in-place concrete walls.
