Slabs are in and were officially done with concrete. Each stepped area is equipped with its own drain to provide a failsafe in case of flooding. The hot water tank is located in its own "bathtub" as its holds the most potential for issue. We hope and imagine these drains will never see water, but its nice to provide peace of mind. We're excited to start our floor assembly soon!
