A wonderful contrast of materials which includes “Espresso” 6” Proboard cladding and SOL20 1.5” Standing seam “Slate Grey” cladding.

This building in is getting a new lease on life after our recent building envelope remediation scope of work.

The amount of rot repair and remediation is due to the absence of a “rainscreen”, which would have allowed the water ingress and vapours to not accumulate with the addition of positive air flow between the substrate and siding.
