A rich, complex hot sauce made from The Stick in the Mud’s Roastoreum freshly roasted coffee beans, locally grown blackberries & habaneros.

This is the hot sauce for the dad's! Makes an incredible marinade or sauce to brush on some smoked ribs, pulled pork, or anything on the BBQ.

I have had a couple of customers ask me lately which hot sauce im most proud of, and I think its this one. I experimented with it for a while when Matty and David at The Stick in the Mud asked me to make a hot sauce with their coffee, and I ended up making one of my personal favorite hot sauces. She's complicated, just like me. 🤷‍♀️
