Another oil furnace out, another home upgraded to efficient, year-round comfort 🙌
We replaced this aging oil heating system with a Moovair cold-climate heat pump—bringing efficient heating, air conditioning, and a little more peace of mind to this Vancouver Island home.

It was a busy weekend for the Method Air crew!
On Friday we set up our Method Air Chill Zone misting station at the James Bay Community Centre annual picnic — helping everyone beat the heat and enjoy a beautiful afternoon together. We were also proud to support the silent auction with a donation of a 3-night stay at the Fairmont Château Whistler to help raise funds for our community.
Then on Sunday, we headed across the bridge for the Vic West Sustainable Home & Garden Tour, where we spent the day chatting with neighbours about energy efficiency, climate resilience, and the role heat pumps can play in preparing our homes for the future.
Heat pumps aren’t just about lowering energy bills — they’re about keeping homes comfortable through hotter summers, colder snaps, and our changing climate. 🌎
We started Method Air because we believe strong communities are built by people showing up. Whether it’s installing equipment, sharing knowledge, supporting local events, or just creating a shady spot to cool off — we’re grateful to be part of this neighbourhood.
