WE WILL BE RE OPENING THE SALON MAY 30TH!!!

We will begin the process of booking appointments starting today. Please note that it will take us several days to call everyone so please be patient with us! If you have contacted your stylist, left a message at the salon, or missed an appointment that was already scheduled while we were closed, you WILL be called. If you are not on any of these lists, and would like to be called, please call the salon at 250-595-0633 and leave a message for a call back.

COVID 19 PLAN FOR BELLA MODA HAIR STUDIO:

-We have eliminated our waiting area. Please check in for your appointment and then wait outside the salon until your stylist is ready.
-Please arrive alone if possible (ie: no children, friends or family accompaniment) All guests must wait outside of the salon.
-All employees and clients must wear a mask upon entering the salon. We ask that you keep your mask on during your service whenever possible. If you do not have your own mask, one will be provided for you.
-Upon entering the salon, we ask that you wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer provided.
-Please hang up your jacket in our closet or you can keep it with you
-We will maintain 6 feet of distance from other stylists and clients while working.
-We have installed barriers in areas of the salon where we cannot maintain 6 feet of distance from other people.
-We have suspended all beverage service and magazine use. Please provide your own drinks and reading material.
-All employees will wash their hands before and after each client, at the beginning and end of their shift, after handling money and after touching used towels, gowns, tools and equipment, and delivery items.
-All of our stylists are properly educated on appropriate sanitation methods. We will sanitize our stations and all tools after every client.
-All areas of the salon will be frequently cleaned and sanitized several times throughout the day.
-Please do not come for your appointment if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have family members with symptoms in the last 10 days.
-Our workplace policies ensure that employees showing symptoms of COVID-19 are to remain at home.
-A small health and safety service fee of $5 will be added to every bill. This is to help cover the new increased costs of providing proper PPE and all necessary extra sanitation products during this time.
-Please be patient with us during this time. Our stylists may run behind in order to properly prepare their station for their next client. Your understanding is appreciated.

We will update our policies as things change according to worksafe guidelines. We are very happy to get back to doing what we love and are really looking to seeing all of our wonderful clients again soon!
