Island Eko Pantry

First time for everything and on Sunday, we had our very first Mirin workshop! 🍶✨

I (Misako) wanted to pack in as much information as possible while keeping it fun. Since making Mirin takes less than 5 minutes (yes, really! 😂), the goal was to spark curiosity and leave everyone with a little more knowledge and appreciation for Mirin.

The smiles and lovely feedback from everyone as they left made all the preparation worth it. 🥹

Our first Mirin workshop was a success! 🎉
Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Should we do another one? 👀
