I cannot help find Valentines day celebration a bit confusing with its strange origin of some saint preforming the miracle of giving sight to a blind girl then over time turning commercial to celebrate romantic love. It seems like a bit of a stretch. Alas here we are and it is impossible to ignore this "day of love" celebration. So... I cant help but ponder.
What is love? What is love to you? Is romantic love better than any other kind of love? Is love a state of being or a state of doing? What is your relationship to love? How deserving of love do you think you are? What are your blind spots in love? Where do you find love the easiest? In moments alone? In nature? With animals? In creative pursuits? In work? In doing not much at all? One on one with a dear one? Surrounded by people?
I have more questions than answers and will leave you with the question to mull over and meditate on. Here's a lil Valentines meme dump. May it inspire you to connect to love where ever you are this weekend and beyond.

On a lighter note: Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now' is supposed to be the top song for boosting happiness (acording to this one study, link in comments), so if you could use a mood boost give it a listen and see if this may work for you. I recomend turning up the volume and hop around and shake it out if you are able where ever you are. Let me know how it worked for you. Whadda ya think? Shall we ad it to the list of evidence based methods of bringing in some happines to our life. Curiously yours.
