We are proud to present our Final Exterior Residential Project of Summer 2024!
And what a project to finish off this busy season!

This stunning property located in the heart of Uplands, was due for a refresh !

Among the many architectural features this beautiful home offers, starting at the front with the spectacular wooden pillars greeting you, up to the cedar shakes and trim pieces, the French doors at the rear of the property, every stroke of paint needs to be applied with a great eye and attention to detail !

It was such a pleasure transforming the look of this unique home, step by step, from the thorough prep work to begin with, all the way to final coats and clean up.

We applied two coats of Diamond Dulux Exterior Paint on the following areas:

Soffits
Siding
Window/Door Frames
Trim

We applied one coat of Sico Pro Luxe stain on all the cedar shakes, and three coats of Sico Pro Luxe on all the posts and beams (Primary finish followed by two coats of Dark Oak)

We also applied a top coat stain from Sikkens to all the wooden doors
